ACCESSIBLITY
Accessible/disabled seating is available on all levels of the arena. Guests may visit Cedar Park Center's Box Office or contact 512-600-5000 to purchase disabled or accessible seating.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE POLICY
No alcohol may be brought into Cedar Park Center. Alcoholic beverages may be purchased inside the facility only. Alcohol may not be removed from the Cedar Park Center at any point. All persons must be 21 years of age or older and provide legal identification to purchase alcoholic beverages.
ANIMALS
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited from Cedar Park Center with the exception of service animals and service animals in training.
ATMs
ATM machines are located in the main lobby next to the interior box office windows and behind section 102 next to the Tito's Stars Bar.
BAGS/BACKPACKS
Large bags and/or backpacks are not allowed inside Cedar Park Center. All bags and purses will be checked upon entry and failure to comply may result in building access denial.
BANNERS/SIGNS
Cedar Park Center has a no banner policy. Small signs that are as large as one person can hold are allowed but cannot cause any disturbance with other fans. Signs may not be attached to sticks or poles nor hung or fastened anywhere in Cedar Park Center. Banners and signs must not be commercial in nature or obscene. Cedar Park Center management reserves the right to remove any signs without exception.
CAMERAS/VIDEO OR AUDIO EQUIPMENT
Cameras may be allowed for some events. Professional cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited unless accompanied by the appropriate media credentials. Video cameras and audio recorders are prohibited unless specifically approved.
CHILDREN
All children ages 2 and older are required to have a ticket for admittance into Cedar Park Center for all events.
CONCESSIONS
Food and beverage concessions and catering for Cedar Park Center are provided by ARAMARK. There are 6 permanent concession stands located on the main concourse along with concession kiosks featuring a variety of entrees, snacks and beverages.
DOOR OPENING
Doors to Cedar Park Center open to the public one hour prior to the start time of the event or game.
DROP-OFF/PICK-UP AREA
Cedar Park Center offers a drop-off and pick-up area at the main entrance. Limousines, buses and cars will be allowed to drop-off and pick-up guests but will not be permitted to park.
ELEVATORS
Elevators are located behind section 103, inside the State Farm Plaza entrance, and inside the Southwest entrance.
EXIT/RE-ENTRY
Guests wishing to exit Cedar Park Center and return during the same event must have their ticket scanned out. Guests must re-enter through one of the main doors and are subject to a second bag check.
FIREARMS/WEAPONS
For the safety of all guests, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at Cedar Park Center. Local, State and Federal law enforcement officials are an exception.
FIRST AID
For medical emergencies, a first aid station is located in the Southwest corner of the building, behind section 109.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Guests are not allowed to bring any outside food or beverage into Cedar Park Center.
GROUP OUTINGS
Discounts are avilable for certain games and events at Cedar Park Center. For more information visit the Group Sales page of the website.
GUEST SERVICES
The Guest Services desk is located on the main concourse between sections 121 and 122 and serves as the hub for many of Cedar Park Center's helpful programs. Find out about upcoming events or utilize one of Cedar Park Center's convenient services such as stroller or wheelchair check in, lost and found, taxi assistance, or wheelchair assistance.

LISTENING DEVICES
Cedar Park Center is equipped with a listening system. Receivers are available for all events and provided free of charge with a valid form of identification.
LOST AND FOUND
Cedar Park Center's lost and found is located at the Guest Services desk bewteen sections 121 and 122. During normal business hours or on non event days call 512-600-5000 and ask to speak with the Guest Services Manager for any lost and found inquiries.
MERCHANDISE
Three merchandise kiosks are located on the main concourse of Cedar Park Center during games. Event specific merchandise varies per show. On non event days, Texas Stars merchandise can be purchased Monday - Friday from 10am - 6pm in the main lobby of Cedar Park Center next to the interior box office windows.
PARKING
Cedar Park Center provides self-parking for 2,700 vehicles. Valet parking is available at the main entrance. Parking is cash only and the price per vehicle will vary.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout Cedar Park Center for your convenience.
SMOKING
In compliance with local and state laws, Cedar Park Center is a smoke-free facility.
SUITES
Cedar Park Center has 20 luxury suites and 4 party suites. Guests can call 512-600-5013 for inquiries on suite rentals.
TAILGATING
Tailgating is allowed in Cedar Park Center's parking lot.
